Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup flour
1 cup oats
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
3/4 cup raw (turbinado) sugar
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
2/3 cup rice milk (or soy milk)
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon until well combined. Bake cookies for 10 minutes.
